It was another evening on the lake couchiching chaseing these walleye, it was a beauty night near ready to pack it up when this 27 3/4" walleye pounded my Williams whitefish tipped with a shiner. .She put up a 10 minute fight before tiring out, I remained calm until I had gotten this fish outside of my fish hut . Now at this point I was so excited I forgot to fix my hair for the picture . My best walleye ever still hyped up about the whole deal. I have lost to many fish this hard water year including a muskie right in my hole. Enjoy the photo thanks be for giving me a chance to enter your contest Darrel Nicholson.

I was fishing with my brother for bass in shallow water (8ft) with light equipment when I caught a small largemouth. As I was reaching down to land the fish with my bare hands the water exploded as I lost grip of my bass as this musky grabbed it by the tail and took it. It almost pulled my rod in the water. He swallowed the bass and luckily was hooked in the corner of its mouth with my trailier hook on the skirt of a spinnerbait the bass took. After 30 minutes of sheer terror fighting this monster (was convinced the light line would break) I landed the fish, took that pic and released it. What a catch!!
