I was out on some logging roads looking for a river to fish with my dad, it was about October and so I was trying to catch some salmon . I fish all day and didn’t get a bit so I started the drive back with my dad. About half way back I saw I little creek on the side of the road and I ask my dad if we could stop, he said ya so I hopped out and thru a cast in with my fly rod and out of no where in this tiny creek this monster trout smash my fly It was the best trip ever with my dad
