Water is hard! They were active in the bottom in 20fow. Small spoons.

Wish there was a fish in the boat, but being out on such a nice day is enough for me.
Opener two years ago, -35 out... high noon..... old grumpy came a knockin.... this fish is probably older than me considering the small lake it came from. Strangest Looking laker I’ve seen.... he swims those waters to this day... let it go.
Late October male Speckled Trout in full spawning colour. From a stocked lake open all year... from canoe... in Algonquin Highlands.
The bass were hungry that day.... week after opener in Quebec, they taste delicious.
Trolling for Pike last June in a back lake in Quebec, hooked up with this beautiful laker in 20fow. It slammed a shallow diving perch pattern Wally diver. Let it go.
Early January Rainbows from a stocked lake Near Algonquin Park. Couple fluke lakers in there. Don’t worry, all limits respected. They love PINK!!!!!
Mid December Speckled Trout, first ice. They were slamming worms and small EGB spoons. Tiny tiny lake Algonquin Highlands. That’s my limit achieved!
Nice colours! Early January stocked Rainbows Algonquin Highlands.
Hungry predators from some time end of February. Mid lake shoal 45ft. Right under the ice. Bang Bang.
Spring Splake from few years ago Algonquin Highlands... got three like that in an hour and swallowed about 300 blackflies,.... worm and a hook from shore.
Boys having a blast! Lake trout and laughs, now we wait for the ice to go, as we are stuck here in our homes.
