Rainbow on the Fly

Went fishing at Grizzly Lake yesterday and caught three trout and had two others on that got away down the middle of the lake. Trolling with a small bead headed wooly bugger with a green body and reddish brown tail. My friend had no luck while trolling a willowleaf with a wedding band and worm. This is really a fly lake.

Here is a beautiful Dragonfly...

Here is a beautiful Dragonfly sitting on the tip of my fishing rod one afternoon last June at Grizzly Lake. What you don't see is that he was missing half his tail. I think something nipped it off. A fish? Another Dragonfly? I placed it on a nearby branch as he couldn't or wouldn't fly away. His loss was my gain for this beautiful close and personal picture.
