Hi. My name is Finn Hystad. I am 3 years old and caught my first fish, a rainbow trout. My grandpa used to bring my dad here when he was my age and now my grandpa brought me here to catch my first fish. Gardom Lake is awesome.

In 2008/2009 Gardom Lake had a controlled kill because of poor angling practices of bring shinners in to the lake. Since then it has been restocked with the below indicated fish. The lake is now clean of coarse fish, lets keep it that way. WINTER ACCESS TO GARDOM LAKE

The only access to Gardom Lake for ice fishing is through Gardom Lake Park on Park Rd. This is on the SOUTH side of the lake opposite of The Royal Canadian Legion Summer Camp and Gardom Lake Bible Camp. There is NO PUBLIC ACCESS off Glenmary Road. Please do not go down private driveways or ignore the No Trespassing signs and destroy private property (fences) to gain access.
