Blog post about our epic sturgeon fishing trip to the bad lands of the South Saskatchewan River is now live. https://www.bowriverblog.com/sturgeon-fishing-the-south-saskatchewan-river-2021/ Have a read if you like fishing stories !!

Sturgeon fishing the SSR this past weekend. A very cold, but rewarding trip !!

The spring thing is in full affect. Blessed to land this beauty brown a few weeks back on the new G3 jet boat 🤟🤟🎣🎣

Jenny put on a clinic on how to land amazing brown trout while power fishing the Bow River. Amazing colors on this beauty !!

Always a blast when the fish are hungry and you land amazing browns like this one pictured. Happy clients equals a happy guide !!

Fishing solo these days with all the warnings to distance from people!! It's hard to capture good photo's of your catch but I would rather play it safe during these times !!

Carla shows off a unicorn Cuttbow caught and released with great care. Once in awhile an angler is rewarded with a gem of a fish like this.

Even the anglers like Teff pictured here flock to the Bow River for incredible fish like this one pictured here !! Released with love and care for another angler to catch another day.

Always love my big bruiser browns. Another fantastic jet boat trip with my good friend Steve G.

Camping and fishing along the banks of the mighty Bow River. Such an amazing way to experience all that the river has to offer. In this image, I literally woke up, got my waders on. After making only 4 casts, this fish decided my lure was breakfast !!

Submitting for the 2020 Angler Atlas photo contest. My client Cara latches into one of the Bow River's finest specimens of Salmo Trutta. What an amazing memory from an epic "after supper special" trip as I like to call it.

Amazing trip south this spring for the SSR sturgeon opener. This was my first trip for these "dinosaurs" the roam the waters near Medicine Hat Alberta. An epic trip would be an understatement!!

This fish I titled "sweet redemption". Two of my clients had hooked this fish the two previous guided fishing trips but were unable to bring it to my awaiting net. On the third trip (a night trip), my friends daughter finally landed this illusive, golden buttery brown.

Another early spring (2019) Bow River slab. We launched at McKinnon Flats and within 2 min, Brandon was battling with this Bow River bruiser brown !!

It was a cold and breezy spring morning with my young client Matthew and his friend Jackson. We were casting the Rapala X-Rap (XR-10) when this monster male brownie annihilated Matthews offering. I labeled Matt (The King of Brown Town)

Night time is always the right time for BIG Bow River brown trout. The amazing male hammered a CST Handmade lure and went for a 75 yard run downriver before being landed into my EGO S2 slider net.

This Lake Trout was a surprise fish caught underneath the water falls pictured behind me.
