Cap'nhook

Caught just after the 2021 Walleye Tournament on the river. 25" and due to a dispute between scales somewhere between 5 and 6 1/2 lbs. The story usually starts the night at 5 and ends at 6 1/2 lbs. at least when I tell it.

What a fight! This Smallmouth Bass jumped three times and cleared the water with a 360 deg flip every time. When he got to the boat he was only hooked in the lip. Now this is what fishing is all about.
