Great camping spot. Has a overgrown boat launch but 1 of the sites as a softer carry boat spot. A bit muddy for end of May (25 degrees currently) Road is okay, watch for the culvert about 1km-2km before the recreation site. Sticking out across the road and a bit risky as its right out and sharp as well as soft on either side of road (one side falls into the swampy part of lake) Would be a bit harder for boat trailers and motorhomes but easy for trucks.
Fished all day and couldnt get anything bigger then this. All catch and releases and all were squa. Otherwise great site and lake

Sons first catch ever but not a game fish! Did try cooking/frying it. Lots of little bones but has some good bites near rib parts. Great with salt and cajun pepper
