How is the Fishin these days? Can you still get onto the lake with a pickup like last year?

Hey, Was wondering if anyone knows if this lake is still producing fish through the ice?
Smallest Fish in Years
Norman is now producing some of the smallest burbot I have ever pulled from the ice. I think its about 5 years too late on changing the limit to 1 a day. Are there even any big ones left?
Off and On... Frustrating
Two Weekends ago now the fishing was very good! Consistent fish from 7am-10am, then it died off. Went out again this weekend to the same location using the same bait (Shrimp) and had no action at all, all day. Anyone else having issues with this lake?
Dragon is HOT!
Words out! Dragon is HOT right now! Ice is smooth as glass though so take caution. Shrimp seems to be the best option, doesn't really matter what it is attached to. Dragon doesn't get any better than this!
