On a visit to Hinton, Alberta my brother-in-law took me fishing on Talbot Lake in Jasper National park. The lake was clear as glass with beautiful mountains as a backdrop. We trolled in a small aluminium boat with black rabbit fur flies. The Pike were biting all day as we caught many fish. It was such a great fishing experience in such a beautiful location in Canada.

My friend from work (We are both teachers for the YRDSB) offered to take me and my brother-in-law (visiting from Hinton, Alberta)fishing for the day on the Moon River. We set out from Pete's Place Access Point for a day of fishing on Aug. 14. It was a really hot day but we had great success catching numerous Bass. It was a dream come true for me as I only get to fish when invited by friends.
