The Ministry of Environment is asking that Anglers that are out Ice Fishing on Inga Lake and Sundance Lake use extreme caution! Due to aeration projects there is areas of thin ice, and open water.

Family Fishing Waters in the southern Peace

In the southern Peace region, the Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC designates four lakes as Family Fishing Waters: Quality Lake, Charlie Lake, Inga Lake, and Sundance Lake. These "are great places to take kids fishing. great little lake , close to town and a good place to take kids. The fish can get big but taste like crap at all sizes and times of the year so catch and release is recommended. It is a very small lake so please leave your 'pos' outboard at home and help conserve this little treasure.
