Natural Coloured Krill Working Well On Little Heff

Rainbows biting well on Little Heffley Lake. Latest reports are natural coloured krill working the best (orange, red and pink). Dew worms also producing well. Try fishing about a foot or two off the bottom in relatively shallow water (six to eight foot depth). Ice fishing season has started

Recent reports from Horseshoe are good, with rainbows up to six and half pounds. Popular baits are shrimp and maggots. Brook trout also being caught.

Rainbows up to ten pounds

Ice fishing season has started on Red Lake, with rainbows reported up to ten pounds. Brookies in the four to five pound range. AMong the most poular ice fishing lakes in the area. Access is good, with large parking lot and outhouses.
