My son was fishing on the North Saskatchewan River on a warm calm evening with the sun going down. He was catching walleye when his older brother snapped this photo. It was a beautiful evening standing in the water hearing the gentle soft sound of the rippling water.
My family and I did a 3 day canoe trip. Enjoying a relaxing calm evening after an afternoon of catching walleye from the canoes!

The Weigh In
My son and I went fishing on a nice day in July and he caught his first rainbow in Jackfish Lake, near Myrnam, AB. He decided to weigh it when we got home. My son had this expression on his face when he got closer to the rainbow. We didn't get the weight as we were laughing at the photo.
