Went up parsnip river may long weekend to to arctic lake, B.C. Caught ourself/ 4 bug dollys in 15 minutes. Good day fishing!

We just got 60 cm of snow the week before family day so we decided to go out to the cabin to go ice fishing. It was quite the treck to get to the cabin with a one year old in a sleigh not meant for deep snow... she went head first into the snow and had a nice little facewash. We set up the ice hut and got the heater going and she was much happier in that sweatbox. We passed her in and out lf the 10”x10” window when she was getting cold or to hot. Needless to say we didnt have much luck with the fish but it was entertaining overall. A good first ice fishing trip for her.
