Reflecting over 2016 so far and I have to admit it hasn't been that bad. Master angler pike, bass and trout - it's been awesome!

Large bays with inlets and sunken weed beds are key to finding big fall time pike, this one couldn't resist the Hybrid Pike on the steady retrieve with the occasional spin stop thrown in for good measure.

This awesome beast was waiting in the depths for its next meal when my bait landed right above her on the surface. One big all mighty splash and a tight line she was on!

Water conditions weren't ideal very murky and some algae still present. But the Firetiger Hard Eel connected me with this respectable 39" pike...
