at snipe on mar 15 and saw an unbeleivable amount of huge perch on camera all mourning.tried everything and the only thing that worked was going back to slave,assineau for the evening fish.talked to some locals and was told that its been like this all winter.theres gotta be a better answer than a square hook or dynamite.
