Boat Launch Bounty

Two of us landed this nice catch on April 15,09. Whitefish were hot but perch slow. We were in eight feet of water and what bite there was lasted most of the day. Had a big jack break my rod off at the handle and straighten out a 2/0 jig hook. I only know of one walleye taken this winter which was caught by another angler near me. It was a bit too small and released.
