Beautiful day to be out fishing
Today we went fishing near Craven Sask. Caught 2 fish all day but one was 19 pounds plus 43 inches long with a 24 inch girth my wife is so lucky
SASK MONSTAH!
This 44" northern pike (and new personal best) topped off the first part of my Saskatchewan trip better than I could have imagined! I spent 3 days staying at G&S Marina Outfitters (gsmarina.com) fishing and sharing some great laughs with the Matity clan (matitysgetfishing.com). I was really hoping to get a shot at a true monster and am so thankful this fish decided to eat my swimbait! No feeling can beat the way I felt after this fish hit the net!
