Lodging and Camping

Pass Lake is a very scenic lake. The nutrient rich water and prolific insect hatches allow the fish to grow rapidly. For this reason, the site is extremely popular with fly fishers. Dogs must be leashed at all times.

From Kamloops, travel through Bachelor Heights to the beginning of the Lac Du Bois Forest Service Road. Travel up this road for approximately 16 km. On the north side of the road will be a short access road that leads to the recreation site.

Ignorance is no excuse

Folks, the continued abuse of the regulations is bewildering and disgusting. Everything from unlicensed fishers, hardware contraptions and bait and taking fish of any size I witness nearly every time I'm there. A full time CO would have work all day long right at this great pond, so please, all fishers need to speak up when you see someone not following the regs and maybe a little education will bring this abuse to an end.
