FYI... May 30 - June 4th, 2017, there will be 16 guys doing our annual camping and fishing derby at Harper Lake. We take up most of the campsites during that time. If you're planning to have a quiet camping trip to Harper that weekend, it might not happen, but feel free to come. We're very friendly.. sometimes loud, but good guys.

Harper lake

Little Harper is about 2 kms South on the road past Big Harper . Used to have big fish in it but haven't found anything in the last few years. Probably fished out during winter or had winter kill or ?? Was a grear little lake - so quiet and peasefull.

Harper lake

Great lake to fish for the day. Some wind can come up. Best fishing for me has been at south end of lake. Also trolling a fly around the West side of the lake. Some sunken logs near shore. Forest service campsite at North end of lake. Easy access with small dock. Good road for truck but I would not want to take a low car or a big expensive trailer into the site.
