Only 4-5 actual spots to day use at but I have seen people there for weeks with a trailer and logging truck who are obviously working and staying for free longer than the allowed times. Once they moved after 3 weeks to the next spot. There may or may not be a place to spend some time for the day or weekend due to squatters.
You can access it via Pelican road if you want a quiet road with NO traffic and lots of pot holes. Suggest the Bobtail super highway then the Blackwater which is good for a while then the last 25km is nothing but corners and narrow.
