Spring 2019 with my two sons fishing at Whitemans Creek. Live release brown trout

I was with my son on a rare fishing excursion as he was working out of the country and back after being away for three years. The photo is taken just after catching this 5.75 lb. fall run rainbow in the Bayfield River on my Fenwick 12.5' with Raven center pin reel. I was using 8 pound main with a 4.4 pound fluorocarbon leader. The fight was exceptional and my son at the last minute before leaving decided to bring his backpack net that we used to land it. It was a awesome being able to spend this special outing with him. He has a passion for the outdoors and unfortunately he lost an even larger fish the same day. Special memories.
