I got this Largemouth bass while fishing in a tournament on Stoney Lake, Ontario. This was my first ever bass tournament and although we didn’t get a prize winning placing, we still had a blast. It was a hot summer day and I remember dipping my hat in the lake quite frequently to keep cool. I can’t wait to do more tournament fishing.

I caught this little pike off a dock in Kenora on Lake of the Woods, Ontario. This was the first catch of the fishing trip I was on with some friends. Even though it’s no monster by any means, it was breaking the ice to what would be an unforgettable trip. For me it’s not always about catching a monster, it’s about the experience. This little guy was safely released by a beyong stoked fisherman to grow bigger and maybe one day give another angler a real run for their money.

This was an action shot of the first and only musky I have ever caught on the Lake of the Woods, Kenora, Ontario. I took a still frame of a video my friends managed to take of me during the battle. I was walking the fish to the end of the dock to have a better chance of landing it on shore with no net. Luckily, I made it happen. Catching this musky coupled with checking a box off my bucket list. Since a young lad I’ve always dreamed of catching musky on the infamous Lake of the Woods. Watching fishing shows of big time anglers catching monsters on this lake always got us fired up. I’m beyong stoked to say at 25 I finally made it happen. Passion has no limits.

I was on a fishing trip with some really good friends to the Lake of the Woods, Kenora, Ontario. We had a guided expedition to try to catch some monster pike and musky. This was my first ever Northern Pike that I caught casting and couldn’t believe just how thick they can get during the fall. It hit like a ton of bricks and fought hard all the way to the boat. My one friend was beyond jealous to watch me catch it but was lucky enough to catch one of a similar size later that day. It was a trip of a lifetime that will never be forgotten. This beast was released safely to be caught again another day.

Ever since I was a young lad I’ve dreamed of hunting musky on the infamous Lake of the Woods, Kenora, Ontario. Watching musky fishing shows with my dad seeing big time anglers catching monsters on the Lake of the Woods always got us fired up. In 2017, at 25 I’m beyond stoked to have finally made that happen. I caught this thick fall musky off a long dock from shore and checked something off my bucket list. I was fortunate to have caught it with friends who were able to take a video of the battle. This gorgeous fish was safely released to be caught another day. Passion has no limits. Reach for the sky.
