34 Inch Northern Pike caught on a lake north of Long Lac Ontario. It is funny how we always think the "Big Fish" is always at the other end of the lake. After fishing all the way down there, I caught this 34 inch Northern Pike 100 ft away from the dock.
My son Brandon and I were in an ice fishing tournament together on Lake Simcoe, ON. The host said that my son was free because he was just a kid...then he placed second with this "catch of the day" He ended up winning $100 with this fish.
My son Brandon caught this rainbow at the peer in Owen Sound, ON in the spring. He has never fought a fish long enough to tire his arm out until this fish. The face says it all!
We were fishing a weed bed in Lake Eugenia, ON when my son Brandon said "another snag" and passed me his pole in disgust. I did one yank and away it went. I quickly handed it back and the fight was on! He was so excited to bring up that 3.5 lb bass he was shaking! Hooked on bass fishing for a lifetime.
