Out of Kitimat, near Harley Bay. The salmon were not biting, but the halibut sure were. It was my brother-in-law's first halibut ever!

Francis Lake - Yukon My daughter-in-law caught this 29 pound pike but dropped it overboard. My son jumped out of the boat with a net and "'re-caught" the monster! Dale was so happy that she kissed the fish...

This is my 28 pound Chinook salmon caught out of Kitimat, B.C. with Nautical West Sportfishing. What a great battle!

Fishing for walleyes on Charlie Lake with daughter-in-law and grandsons on a beautiful summer day.

Once every few years my wife and I like to drive up to the Yukon to fish Frances Lake. This year the lake trout were not cooperating but the pike fishing was tremendous. We caught and released a lot of 20 pound class fish. And then I hooked this 29 pound monster! Here, finally, was a "keeper" as defined by the Yukon fishing regulations... I caught it on a floating Rapala using 10 pound line and being alone in the boat had to net it myself. Talk about exciting!
