Newyears Rainbow
Great way to start the year. Hot chocolate, food to eat, good conversation, father and son on the lake. And then we find a 22.5" 4.8lb wopper on the end of his line! Life is a good as it gets!

Summer Evening stroll
Aug 2, 2011 cloudy and light wind, 6 days of hot sun before. Trolling Willow leafs and worm at about 60ft behind canoe. Caught 2 Rainbow and 1 larger Cutthroat in 1.5 hrs between 6 and 7:30 All caught going slower upwind, downwind was trolling too fast? No depth sounder but found deeper spot north of Island and to the east side of the lake. Too Windy to paddle to the far end past the Island. Boys had a great time!
