My daughter and i went fly fishing for the very first time, at the stelako river, it was around 730 pm thought we would get a quick fish in before dark, so off she goes does the first cast, all excited in catching a fish, all of a sudden she is yelling i caught somethin , i told her to reel it in she says i cant , why not i ask , she replys " my fly is flying ", what ? i say so i wade to where she is and grab her line and oh my ,she caught a bat ! her and i are screamin like a couple kids, she is 17, so im trying to get it off the fly, without touching it cause its squirming, flipping & freaking out, she is holding the video camera for a flashlite its hooked right where its wing connects to its body there is no way its coming off so i cut the line off it goes into the water we go to shore, to gather our sorts and my husband is standing there laughin his butt off , well all of a sudden something wet is stuck to his neck , the bat came back for revenge, fluttering around, WE ARE ALL DA
