Many, many, many years ago my buddy and I took our brides ice fishing. Even the antique film type camera captures the anticipation of fried rainbow at a campsite.

Seems like a hundred years ago, but it was 20. My cousin from Port McNeil, BC took 3 cousins fishing. The 3 of us took turns with a limited number of tags for Spring Salmon. The last tag was mine, and our host steered close to a rock cliff. Time and effort later we photoed a 36 lb-er. Even the old film-type photo shows some glee, and my heaviest fish ever.

Nice 'eye
Central AB retired farmers on Peerless Lake. No phone, no pool, no pets, great food. Very nice walleye, catch and release only.
