A crappy free launch (free parking and launch) in Richmond. Often has the ramp obstructed with drift wood ... rarely cleared. Car top if clear.

Tsawwassen Boat Launch. Free everything. Really rough road to get there. Don't even attempt to launch at low tide unless you have a car topper. If coming down 17 you have to do a left at Tsawwassen Dr. (the light after 52nd). It's a rough road.

Porteau Cove Boat Launch

Wellington Point Park. Free parking (no overnight), free launching. Can get dicey at low tide. Paved up to graveled park

Recently upgraded to allow 2 boats to launch. As there is no pay parking in Delta, parking is free, launching is free. No overnight parking in the lots.
