In spite of the incredible smoke from the forest fires of B.C. we still tried our luck..No one was catching any fish but us which was amazing as we caught a few beautiful Dolly Varden like this and they were full of baby Kokanee.

the catch
my grandson caught this trout but couldn't stop laughing he was so excited and the gills tickled his fingers! This was at Mabel Lake near Lumby, B.C.
