This was one of more than 30 bull trout caught one day in july on the upper Pitt river,BC.It is a glacial fed river that runs ino the fraser river.The bull trout are sea run and average 6 to 12lbs.They were caught on extremely large black leech patterns.

this is a flyfish paradise.single barbless and baitban.lots of 3-5lbrs.dragon nymphs and mayfly nymphs the best.please release the big ones.
