Last day of are duck mountain fishing trip we stopped at twin lakes Mb to try and catch the famous tiger trout, well known for there fight and size, sounded to be the perfect way to end the trip. We sat and swapped goose for almost 5 hours we the fish just swam by the hooks and the camera till we had the idea to pull out an old fly hood I had hiding in the bottom of my tackle box, within two minutes we had a fish on the line. In 6 feet of water it took almost 5 minutes to get this fish on the ice and it was worth the wait! 25” tiger trout. Can cross that one of the bucket list

For Last fish of the year we went to last mountain lake to see if we could catch a few walleye and have a hotdog roast with the family, it was so beautiful out that my brother decided to bring out his daughter. Just after we all finished eating are hot dogs and talking about how we haven’t caught any fish, my brother’s girlfriends rod dips into the hole, with quick mom reflexes and the baby strapped on she grabbed the rod and continued to fight for 5 minutes with this monster of a pike with the length of 39”, Was the perfect end to a beautiful day and some great memories
