I was out with a close buddy of mine chasing chinook salmon in the creeks last fall until the most beautiful fish I’ve ever witnessed in my life hammer my rod and put on a fight that I’ll remember for the rest of my life. This beautiful 16.8 pound brown trout could’ve been a trophy fish but I decided to release it. Catch and release makes this sport we love so much a lot more enjoyable for everyone for years to come.
