June 2nd 2020: Water has less than 6 inches of visibility. No bites on bait or spinners, and it didn't seem like anyone else was getting anything.

Fished at the section north of HWY1 near Seebe. No bites on either flies or spinners. I've heard from other fishing forums online that the fish in this river are few and far between because the regular raising and lowering of the water levels from the dams upstream scours away a lot of the algae and bugs that the fish eat. Not sure if it's true or not.
