This lake appears to have winter killed during 2017/18. No sign of fish in July 2018. However, the lake is teeming with aquatic invertebrates, which will provide lots of food for the next round of stocking.

Summer 2010

Hey fellow anglers, I have fished this lake twice so far in the summer of 2010. We have caught lots of fish but it took us quite a while to figure out what they wanted. We pulled out a range of sizes from 10 inches to 27 inches. There are some nice cutt/rainbow hybrids to be found too. Access to this lake sucks though and the trains cause a problem every time they go by (the fish become inactive for up to an hour after a train goes by). You need a boat for this lake, shoreline is tough to fish from. Watch out for the Crowsnest Pass wind too, it can howl like crazy there! Tight lines, SniperJ78
