Information on Prussian Carp

Prussian Carp is native to Europe and Asia and can grow to over 12 inches (30 cm) in length. However the species has recently been reported in North America with confirmed catches found in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada. In these areas the species is considered an invasive. They are typically silver in colour but can also be found with other colour combinations, such as orange - looking similar to a goldfish.
