This is a great lake for jack and perch. The perch are little hard to find but once you do you are set. There is the odd big walleye you can catch too but only in one deep spot in the middle of the lake.

Are the perch located over that hump on the west end of the lake? Also, have you fished Long lake, just north of bear? I hear the perch are pretty nice in there.
