Jason and Veronique invite you to stay at our comfortable Motel and convenient RV Park located in Fernie, BC. We are close to over 20 pristine lakes dotted around lake Koocanusa, all under 1 hour from your door. World Class river angling is also available on the Elk River, just 6 blocks from the Motel, or the more secluded Bull Rive, under 1 hour away. Catch Kokanee Salmon and Bull trout with the scenic backdrop of the stunning Rocky Mountains in every direction. Our friends at the Kootenay Fly Shop (3 blocks) will help you with all your fishing needs. The Snow Valley Motel has recently been upgraded with new furniture. We offer a selection of rooms to suit your every need from relaxing standard rooms all with fridges to cozy rustic kitchenettes to larger suites sleeping up to 8 guests each. We are also proud to offer Fernie’s only full service RV park, with 10 sites offering 30amp power and water hookups, 2 with sewer plus no-charge washrooms and showers on-site. Due to our small size we have a 32ft maximum on all reservation, however we can sometimes accept larger vehicles on a drive-in basis subject to availability. We offer high-speed wireless internet throughout the property, a cedar-lined hot-tub for relaxing at the end of the day and a 1st floor BBQ deck in the summer, with views of the beautiful sunsets over the Lizard Range. Within walking distance of all amenities, shops, restaurants and parks, we offer comfort, convenience and great rates. Well behaved dogs are welcome for a small fee.
