Good fishing at this lake for rainbows, they are so aggresive they would jump out of the water to attack the top of our drifts.

I fish this lake all the time. Even on the slowest days we will set out for where the river flows into the lake and work the drop off.

If you make it out to this lake try fishing where fairy creek flows into the lake or where granite creek flows in. Either spot is great for fishing all times of the year as cutthroat as big as 18 inches have been pulled from there.

Follow the main road around to the north-west side, there is another small camping spot and a place to launch a boat, very soft bottom. It is on the right, if hit Y in road, went to far, turn around its first left.

this is a flyfish paradise.single barbless and baitban.lots of 3-5lbrs.dragon nymphs and mayfly nymphs the best.please release the big ones.
