About Contest
Our third annual Great North American Lakes Map Marker Contest has started April 1, 2010. Simply add map markers for any lakes we have catalogued on our website.
We are looking for access information, boat launches, hot spots, warning spots, and other relevant features for members. To find your favorite lake, use one of our search tools.
The grand prize for this contest is a Torqeedo electric trolling motor, generously dontated by Dockside Marine. This portable electric motor is compact, light and strong. Folds into a small waterproof travel pack and is comparable to a 2 hp gas outboard.
About Map Markers
You can add point features, such as boat launches, hot spots, warnings or any other feature you want to label. You can also add trails, access roads, or your favorite places to troll.
Add a Map Marker
To add a marker for one of the lakes on our website, simply find the lake using our map search and select the Add Marker link on the left sidebar underneath the header Googlemap Marks.

Good early season walleye spot as they migrate eastward in the lake after spawn.

Island is called rock island. Many many walleye can be caught in the 10 to 15 feet deep areas around island. In very early spring fish can bee seen spawing along shores.
