Mud flats contain large pike and many spawning whites in late feb early march. Watch thin ice and use tipups with heavy line for pike.

Launch located in campground. lots of public parking, but limited dock space. VERY Dangerous when windy as waves get LARGE.

Island is called rock island. Many many walleye can be caught in the 10 to 15 feet deep areas around island. In very early spring fish can bee seen spawing along shores.
